Your adventure begins with a pickup from Arusha, where your Elpis guide greets you. Journey to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania’s “Elephant Playground,” where herds of up to 300 elephants roam freely. Marvel at iconic baobab trees and spot lions, zebras, and buffaloes. Pause for lunch in the park, then explore the marshy shores of Lake Burungi, a haven for giant kingfishers and vibrant birdlife. As dusk falls, retreat to your eco-friendly lodge for dinner under the stars.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara, nestled beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
